Returns & Exchanges
At the TeenPact Store, we love our products and we hope you do too! But, if we ever drop the ball and you're unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on any U.S. orders, within 60 days of your purchase. Returns must be mailed back at your own expense, but we are happy to offer free shipping on all exchanges!

- Items that have been washed and/or worn.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items purchased more than 60 days ago.
SO HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Option 1: Fill out the form below! Tell us all the details regarding your return/exchange request, and let us handle the rest.
Option 2: Send us an email! Email us at store@teenpact.com with all the details about your return. Once we receive your items, we'll issue a refund or send your exchanged item.
